Ciabatta Sandwich Lezat untuk Piknik Keluarga

Sudahkah Anda menyiapkan lokasi piknik bersama keluarga? Lalu bagaimana dengan bekal santap selama piknik? Bila jawabannya belum, tak ada salahnya mencoba menu Ciabatta Sandwich Loaf. Menu ini pun bisa disantap saat sarapan atau bekal sekolah untuk anak-anak.

Ciabatta merupakan roti putih khas Italia. Bentuknya memanjang, lebar, dan tipis. Bahannya terbuat dari terigu dan ragi. Tapi bila susah menemukannya, Anda dapat menggantinya dengan roti tawar biasa.

Bahan:
* 2 paprika merah
* 1 lembar ciabatta
* 2 sendok makan tomat pasta
* 2 tomat, iris
* 1 keju mozarella, iris
* 2/3 keju parmesan, parut
* 10 lembar daun kemangi

Cara membuat:
* Panaskan oven hingga bersuhu 400 derajat fahrenheit.
* Iris paprika dan panggang dalam oven selama 20 menit.
* Setelah kulitnya berubah warna menjadi cokelat, angkat ke mangkok. Lalu dinginkan.
* Setelah dingin, kupas kulit paprika.
* Ambil sebuah ciabatta lalu iris di bagian tengahnya. Sehingga, roti membentuk dua sisi.
* Tuangkan tomat pasta di kedua sisi roti.
* Tata irisan tomat, mozarella, parmesan, dan daun kemangi di tengahnya.
* Tambahkan paprika.
* Lalu dempetkan kedua sisi roti itu membentuk sandwich.
* Masukkan ke dalam kulkas.
* Bila ingin disajikan, potong terlebih dahulu sandwich agar mudah disantap.

Kanker Payudara pada Pria dan Wanita

Kanker..... siapa yang tidak mengenal penyakit mematikan yang satu ini. Penyakit yang timbul dikarenakan pertumbuhan sel-sel jaringan tubuh yang tidak normal ini selalu menjadi momok bagi siapapun penderitanya. Terlebih lagi pada stadium lanjut, sel-sel kanker dengan mudahnya menyebar ke bagian lain, sehingga kanker dapat dikategorikan sebagai pembunuh manusia nomor 1 di dunia.

Pada umumnya, pertumbuhan sel normal akan mengalami pemisahan dan mati ketika sel-sel tersebut menua. Sel-sel yang sudah mati akan digantikan dengan sel-sel baru ( regenerasi ), namun ketika sel-sel tersebut tidak juga mati sedangkan sel-sel baru terus menerus tumbuh padahal tidak diperlukan, maka akan timbul dengan apa yang disebut dengan istilah tumor. Hanya saja jika dibandingkan dengan kanker, bisa dibilang sel-sel tumor "lebih jinak", meski tidak dapat dipandang dengan sebelah mata juga, karena sel-sel tumor yang mengganas dapat berkembang menjadi kanker, yang pada akhirnya akan menjadi pembunuh bagi si penderitanya sendiri. Meskipun demikian, sebenarnya tumor sendiri tidak selalu diidentikkan dengan kanker, karena tumor yang mengarah kepada kanker adalah sejenis tumor ganas. Pola hidup yang tidak sehat merupakan salah satu pencetus munculnya sel-sel kanker di dalam tubuh. Malas berolahraga dan terlalu sering mengkonsumsi junkfood, menggunakan minyak goreng lebih dari kali penyaringan, mengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol dan tidak menyusukan ASI pada bayi hanyalah sedikit contoh ( yang sebenarnya sepele ) dari penyebab munculnya sel-sel kanker.

KANKER PAYUDARA PADA LAKI-LAKI

Salah satu dari sekian banyak jenis kanker itu adalah kanker payudara. Tidak hanya menimpa kaum perempuan saja, kaum laki-lakipun dapat terkena kanker payudara. Hanya saja bila dibandingkan dengan wanita, prosentase pengidap kanker payudara pada laki-laki jauh lebih sedikit, yaitu hanya berada pada kisaran 1% saja. Namun yang perlu diwaspadai, sel-sel kanker menyebar lebih cepat pada pria jika dibandingkan dengan wanita, sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya perlekatan pada jaringan di sekitar payudara dapat terjadi di awal-awal terinfeksinya payudara oleh sel-sel kanker itu.

Salah satu faktor pemicu terjadinya kanker payudara baik pada laki-laki maupun pada perempuan adalah hormon estrogen di dalam tubuh. Berbeda dengan wanita, hormon estrogen pada pria jumlahnya jauh lebih sedikit. Namun dalam hal ini jaringan payudara pada pria sama dengan wanita, hanya saja pada pria jaringannya tidak berkembang sehingga istilah "payudara montok" hanya dimiliki oleh kaum wanita saja... ^_^.

Pada pria, selain produksi hormon estrogen, faktor pemicu kanker payudara yang lain adalah gynecomastia ( gumpalan yang diakibatkan oleh adanya peningkatan jaringan tisu pada organ payudara pria ), sindrom klinefelter, sering terpapar radiasi serta adanya riwayat keluarga yang pernah mengidap kanker sebelumnya.

Berbeda dengan wanita, gynecomastia atau gumpalan yang diakibatkan oleh adanya peningkatan jaringan tisu pada organ payudara pria lebih mudah ditemukan, karena jaringan tisu yang ada pada payudara pria lebih sedikit dibandingkan dnegan wanita. Sedangkan yang dimaksud dengan sindrom klinefelter adalah sindrom kelainan genetika pada pria, dimana ciri-cirinya adalah membesarnya payudara pria. Pembesaran yang tidak normal pada payudara pria biasanya lebih disebabkan oleh obat-obatan yang dikonsumsi maupun oleh adanya aktivitas hormonal. Namun bagi mereka yang memiliki riwayat penyakit kanker dalam keluarganya harus lebih berhati-hati karena mereka memiliki resiko yang jauh lebih besar dibandingkan mereka yang tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit ini pada keluarganya. Dan seiring dengan bertambahnya usia, resiko penyakit inipun semakin meningkat. Dan biasanya resiko penyakit kanker payudara pada pria lebih banyak ditemukan pada mereka yang berusia antara 60 - 70 th, sedangkan untuk usia di bawah 50 th, masih jarang sekali ditemukan.

KANKER PAYUDARA PADA PEREMPUAN

Big is beatifull. Kalimat itu tidak sepenuhnya benar, karena sesungguhnya kalimat itu memang ditujukan untuk menambah rasa percaya diri bagi mereka yang bertubuh subur. Tapi jangan salah, dalam dunia kedokteran, big is disease. Gemuk itu penyakit dan itu memang tidak bisa dipungkiri. Sudah banyak bukti yang menunjukkan bahwa kegemukan merupakan biang kerok tumbuhnya berbagai faktor jenis penyakit, salah satunya adalah kanker payudara.

Ya, kegemukan atau dalam hal ini obesitas, memang bisa memicu tumbuhnya sel-sel kanker dalam tubuh. Pada index BMT Overweight, resiko terkena penyakit kanker payudara mencapai 10 - 35%, sedangkan bagi mereka yang mengalami obesitas resikonya meningkat pesat menjadi 56 - 82%. Hal ini dikarenakan bagi mereka yang mengalami obesitas, berat tubuh yang berlebihan dapat meningkatkan sirkulasi hormon estrogen, yang pada akhirnya akan dapat memacu pertumbuhan sel kanker, sehingga kanker payudara tidak dapat dihindarkan lagi. Semakin berat bobot tubuh seseorang maka akan semakin besar pula resiko untuk terkena kanker payudara.

Payudara merupakan sesuatu yang sangat berharga bagi kaum wanita, sehingga tidak ada salahnya merawat benda berharga tersebut dengan lebih berhati-hati. Terutama bagi kaum ibu yang baru saja melahirkan, akan sangat penting sekali untuk menyusukan ASI-nya pada bayi yang baru saja dilahirkannya. Selain ditujukan untuk keselamatan dan kebaikan bayi itu sendiri, menyusukan ASI pada bayi juga dipercaya dapat menekan pertumbuhan sel-sel kanker.

Pada perempuan, tiap bagian payudara memiliki 15 - 20 kantung penghasil susu atau yang disebut dengan istilah lobes dan tiap kantung terdiri dari beberapa kelenjar susu ( lobules ) dan biasanya awal mula sel-sel kanker tersebut berkembang terdapat pada lobules. Selain lobules, payudara juga terdiri atas pembuluh darah dan aliran getah bening, yang mengalir melalui aliran getah bening menuju kelenjar getah bening yang berada di bawah ketiak. Karena itulah, ketika sel-sel kanker tersebut mulai menyebar, maka lokasi penyebaran pertama yang paling umum ditemukan adalah kelenjar getah bening, yang terletak di bagian bawah lengan. Dan ketika sel kanker telah menyebar di bagian tersebut, maka akan muncullah sebuah benjolan. Namun apabila benjolan tersebut tidak terdeteksi, maka ada kemungkinan sel kanker tersebut telah menyebar ke daerah lain, seperti paru-paru, tulang dan juga otak.

FAKTOR PENCETUS KANKER

Faktor-faktor pencetus kanker antara lain :

Obesitas
Rokok dan alkohol
Usia
Faktor genetika
Riwayat kesehatan. Pernah divonis mengidap kanker payudara, menderita proliferative breast disease ( PBD ) maupun pernah menjalani operasi pengangkatan tumor, dapat menyebabkan sel-sel kanker kembali lagi, karena meskipun telah dilakukan tindakan, sel-sel kanker tersebut tidak sepenuhnya hilang.
Ras dan keturunan. Bagi mereka keturunan Bangsa Yahudi Ashkenazi, resiko terkena kanker payudara jauh lebih besar, karena populasi bangsa ini memiliki cukup banyak keturunan yang mengidap kanker payudara. Demikian juga halnya dengan mereka yang memiliki kulit putih, lebih rentan terserang dibandingkan dengan mereka yang tergolong ke dalam ras latin, Asia serta Afro-Amerika.

Melahirkan dan menyusui. Melahirkan di atas usia 30 th dan mereka yang melahirkan namun tidak menyusukan ASI-nya pada bayi, resikonya jauh lebih besar dibandingkan mereka yang melahirkan di bawah usia 30 th maupun mereka yang menyusukan ASI-nya pada bayi mereka.
DES ( diethylstilbestrol ). DES atau yang dikenal dengan istilah estrogen sintesis sudah diberikan kepada ibu hamil pada tahun 1940 - 1970an. Namun tanpa disadari DES dipercaya mampu meningkatkan resiko kanker leher rahim secara perlahan-lahan. Sementata untuk anak perempuan yang terpapar DES lebih beresiko tinggi terkena kanker payudara.
Penggunaan stereofoam sebagai pembungkus makanan / minuman
Haid dan menopause. Mereka yang mengalami haid sebelum usia 12 th dan mengalami menopause sebelum berusia 55 th lebih beresiko terkena kanker payudara.
Terapi hormon. Terapi sulih hormon yang biasanya dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah menopause atau eksposur lain terhadap estrogen dan progesteron dapat meningatkan resiko terkena kanker payudara pada perempuan.
Paparan sinar matahari
Produk-produk kecantikan. Produk-produk kecantikan yang mengandung bahan-bahan yang tidak aman bagi tubuh seperti mercury dan hydroquinon meningkatkan resiko terkena kanker kulit.
Lotion anti nyamuk.

GEJALA KANKER PAYUDARA

Pada stadium awal, kanker payudara sulit untuk dideteksi keberadaannya. Terlebih lagi, pada tahap awal biasanya para penderita tidak merasakan adanya rasa sakit, sehingga pada akhirnya mereka lengah dan tidak menyadari bahwa sel-sel kanker telah menggerogoti tubuh mereka. Gejala-gejala yang timbul pada kasus ini biasanya dirasakan mereka setelah mereka sudah menderita stadium lanjut dan sudah terlambat untuk ditangani. Meskipun program SADARI sering dianjurkan untuk mengetahui gejala dini kanker payudara, namun adakalanya hal itu tidak begitu banyak membantu, begitu juga dengan mamografi ataupun USG. Jadi langkah paling tepat untuk mengetahui apakah kanker payudara sudah menyerang tubuh atau belum adalah dengan melakukan pemeriksaan secara menyeluruh.

Adapun ciri-ciri kanker payudara antara lain :

Terdapat benjolan di bawah lengan maupun di dalam payudara
Kulit payudara menjadi bersisik, memerah, membengkak serta mengalami penebalan
Puting susu menjadi lunak atau bahkan tertarik masuk ke dalam payudara
Keluar cairan ( darah ) dari dalam puting
Perubahan bentuk maupun ukuran pada payudara

PENGOBATAN PADA KANKER PAYUDARA

Operasi. Operasi yang biasanya dilakukan adalah lumpectomy atau mastectomy, baik sebagian ataupun keseluruhan. Adapun prosedur yang dilakukan adalah mengangkat sebagian atau seluruh payudara, otot-otot dada dan juga kelenjar getah bening.
Radiasi. Prosedur yang dilakukan biasanya dengan memaparkan sinar radiasi pada payudara baik untuk membunuh sel-sel kanker maupun untuk mengecilkan ukuran tumor tersebut.
Terapi hormon. Prosedur terapi hormon biasanya dilakukan untuk mencegah sel kanker memasuki akses hormon yang perlu berproduksi. Adapun terapi ini merupakan pengangkatan ( oophorectomi ) atau melakukan radiasi pada indung telur, tempat hormon berproduksi. Namun kekurangan dari terapi ini adalah dapat memicu adanya kanker endometrial.
Kemoterapi. Kemoterapi biasanya digunakan untuk mencegah sel-sel kanker berproduksi dan menyebar ke seluruh tubuh. Selain itu kemoterapi juga dapat digunakan untuk membunuh sel-sel kanker dan memperlambat bahkan memperkecil ukuran tumor.
Terapi biologis. Terapi ini dilakukan untuk membuat penangkal alami dalam tubuh yang bisa digunakan untuk melawan sel kanker. Teori biologis yang paling sering digunakan untuk kanker payudara adalah penggunaan trastuzumab, yang berfungsi mengikat sel kanker dan menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanker.

Synopsis:
